How to use your voucher
Once your trade-in has been validated by one of our sales clerks, you can choose to use your voucher on the spot or keep it for later.To use it later :
Log in to your Faume Seconde Main customer area and access the "My credits" section.
Choose to generate a voucher that can be used in a Faume boutique, or online at faume.com and secondemain.faume.com.
Use your voucher by entering your promotional code in your shopping cart when you place your next order, or directly in the boutique.
Trade-in conditions
Your item must be clean and free of tears, holes or stains.Your item must not have been altered and must not be missing buttons or other supplies.
Your item must contain the Faume label and the inside composition and care labels. Make an appointment
